What you stop paying for

Most companies spend more on compliance than they realise

SECR consultants, energy brokers, ESOS auditors, PPN 06/21 preparation. These costs add up to thousands per year per building. Algi automates the work and brings advisors in only where a legal signature is required.

Included in all packages

The platform underneath every package is the same

Zero-data property brief

Enter an address and Algi pulls EPC data, floor area, heating type, building age, carbon intensity, and solar potential from six public data sources. No account, no bill, no login required.

AI bill analysis

Upload a gas or electricity bill. Algi reads it, extracts consumption data, spots waste patterns, compares your spend against similar buildings, and writes a savings report in kWh and pounds.

Energy benchmarking

Your building measured against similar properties by type, size, age, and region. Benchmarks drawn from EPC data, CIBSE standards, and the growing pool of anonymised Algi client data.

Grant matching

Every property checked against current government and utility grant schemes. Eligible grants surfaced automatically when your data qualifies.

Where a signature is required

Accredited advisors, at a fraction of the usual cost

Some compliance obligations require a legally accredited human to sign off. ESOS needs a Lead Assessor. EPCs and DECs need an energy assessor. Algi prepares all the data, so the advisor's work takes hours instead of weeks. Their fee drops because their work drops. You deal with Algi. One relationship, one invoice.

ESOS Lead Assessor

Reviews and signs off the data pack Algi prepared. Available through the Algi advisor network at reduced rates because the data arrives structured and complete.

Energy assessor

EPC and DEC lodgement handled through the network. The assessor works from Algi's property data, not from scratch.

Carbon consultant

Optional third-party assurance for companies that want independent validation of their SECR figures. Fast review because the data is already audit-ready.

Common questions about packages and pricing

How is pricing structured?
Every package is priced per property based on what you need. There are no hidden fees and no long contracts. Book a call and we run a free brief on your building before quoting anything.
Can I start with one package and add more later?
Yes. Most companies start with Essentials or Comply and add Monitor or Advisory when they are ready. The platform is the same underneath every package, so upgrading is adding capabilities, not migrating data.
What does Comply include that Essentials does not?
Comply adds compliance report generation: SECR-ready reports with DEFRA emission factors, PPN 06/21 carbon reduction plans, ESOS data pack preparation, and UK SRS readiness. If your company has SECR, ESOS, or PPN obligations, Comply handles them.
Do I need hardware to use the software?
No. Essentials and Comply are software only. They work from your energy bills and public data sources. Monitor, Housing, and Complete add Algi Sense hardware for real-time environmental monitoring, but the software works without it.
How much does a typical company spend on compliance without Algi?
The UK Government's SECR Post-Implementation Review puts the average cost at GBP 7,100 per year for SECR alone. Add an ESOS audit (GBP 8,000-15,000 every four years), an energy broker, and PPN 06/21 preparation, and the typical annual compliance spend is GBP 12,000-20,000 per building.
What is the advisor network?
Some compliance obligations require a legally accredited person to sign off. ESOS needs a Lead Assessor; EPCs need an energy assessor. Algi prepares all the data before the advisor sees it, so their work takes hours instead of weeks and their fee reflects that. You deal with Algi directly - one relationship, one invoice.
