A living panel that works on your air quality
The Algi Bio Wall is a 4ft by 4ft wall-mounted panel containing living Spirulina culture behind a woven fabric face. The culture actively processes airborne particulates and CO2 as part of the building's air handling. It is designed to complement HVAC, not replace it.
In controlled testing, the Bio Wall has shown HVAC load reductions of 25-30%* per room and approximately 10%* at property level when integrated with the building's air handling system.

Material and craft
The front face is a woven fabric panel that allows air exchange while containing the Spirulina culture. The frame is precision-machined from sustainable materials. The panel connects to the building's fresh air supply via the Algi Hub and operates continuously without manual maintenance.
The building's nervous system
One Hub per property. It connects to your existing building systems over WiFi, Modbus, BACnet, Zigbee, and BLE. It reads any wireless device on the property network and feeds data to the Algi platform. If you have a Sense unit, a Bio Wall, or a smart meter, the Hub is what ties them together.

The room-level sensor
Algi Sense measures temperature, humidity, CO2, and PM2.5 continuously. Battery powered, wireless, installs in minutes. Each unit reports to the Hub or directly to the Algi platform over WiFi. Deploy one per room for granular visibility, or one per zone for portfolio-scale coverage.
CO2 is the most valuable passive sensor signal. The rise rate indicates occupancy. The decay curve reveals ventilation rate in air changes per hour. One sensor gives you both without additional hardware.

Hardware stays on our books, not yours
Every piece of Algi hardware is leased as part of your subscription. There is no capital expenditure, no depreciation to manage, no end-of-life disposal. If a unit fails, we replace it. If you cancel, we collect it. The hardware is operational expenditure, treated the same way as your software subscription.
