A building should understand itself.

Why we exist.

We spend most of our lives indoors, in buildings that waste energy and rarely tell anyone. Algi exists to change that: to make the built environment cheaper to run, less wasteful, and better to be in.

Why we exist

Most buildings are running blind.

A building consumes energy every hour of every day, and most owners only see it once a month, on a bill, after it is spent. The waste is invisible, the conditions inside go unmeasured, and the people using the space are rarely considered in the numbers. We think that is backwards. A building should understand itself, what it costs, what it wastes, and how it feels to be in, and it should be able to prove it.

Our vision

A built environment that understands itself.

We start with the energy a building consumes and how it is used, and build toward spaces that actively look after the people inside them. Buildings that cost less to run, waste less, and are better places to be in. That is the whole of it, cheaper to run, and better to be in.

Part of Oxyvias

Built by Oxyvias.

Algi is built by Oxyvias Limited, a company focused on making the built environment measurable and accountable. Algi is how that work reaches commercial buildings and housing providers, software first, with hardware when a building is ready for it.

How we work

Grounded in real data, not projections.

Algi starts from public data and your own bills, not estimates or promises. We always tell you which number is measured and which is indicative. We run a brief on a building before we ever pitch, so the conversation starts with facts. It is the surveyor's approach, not the salesman's.

See what your building is telling you.
